Dermal Fillers Q&A

Dermal Filler Injections

Fillers improve facial appearance by balancing facial features. They are great for restoring the natural volume loss that occurs as we age as well as wrinkles that otherwise cannot be treated with Botox. We carry a variety of fillers, including Juvederm, Restylane and Voluma.

How long does a filler treatment last?

Generally, temporary fillers last between 3 months and 2 years, depending on the type of product used and dose. This will be discussed with you during your consultation.

Where should I use fillers?

Filler injections can be used directly treat wrinkles on the face. Both shallow and deep wrinkles can be treated with dermal fillers. Filler is also a great product for adding volume to the face, including the cheeks and lips to five you a more youthful appearance.

What can I expect after my filler procedure?

Depending on the type of filler product used, you will begin to see the results from your procedure immediately or soon after the procedure. You may have redness, slight swelling, and occasionally bruising after the procedure, so it is important to schedule your appointment accordingly.

How do I know what type of filler I need and what the cost will be?

This requires an in person assessment. In order to know the brand and dose of filler required, we must see the area in person and discuss your goals with you. Please call our office to schedule a complimentary consultation.
