About David Chappell, MD


David Chappell, MD, at the Institute for Health Management Aesthetics in Petaluma, California, is board-certified in internal medicine and endocrinology.

After earning his undergraduate degree at Austin College in Sherman, Texas, Dr. Chappell studied at the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Barnes Hospital, affiliated with the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Dr. Chappell decided to continue his medical education and complete an endocrinology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.

After practicing for 25 years as an endocrinologist and a weight-loss specialist, Dr. Chappell continues to keep up-to-date with the newest and most advanced technologies such as SculpSureⓇ, a treatment which sculpts and shapes the body, and TempSure™ Vitalia and Envi, treatments using radiofrequency to promote skin rejuvenation. About Andria Steinkamp, FNP


Born and raised in Sonoma County, Andria cannot imagine living anywhere else. She attained her undergraduate degree in Psychology at UC Davis. She returned to Santa Rosa Junior College to ear her Associates Degree in Nursing.

Upon earning her RN license, Andria went to work at Kaiser Medical Center in San Rafael, working mostly with post-surgical and pediatric patients.

Andria obtained her Master’s Degree and Family Nurse Practitioner designation from Frontier Nursing University. She began working at the Institute for Health Management, as well as for Sonoma County on the Sexual Assault Response Team and FamilyCare Allergy and Asthma.

Andria enjoys being with her two young children, husband, cat, and dog. They enjoy an outdoor lifestyle as much as possible, hiking, biking, camping, and exploring all Sonoma has to offer. She also enjoys reading and baking.
